Behold the Mighty Potato!
Here’s a quick shot of the potatoes that I helped grow this year from what we fondly call The Urban Garden which is located right in the centre of Sheffield City. We grew a variety of 2 potatoes, these are a sneak peek of the first of the crop. More to follow. I’ll let you know how they tasted too, and how I cooked them. They are currently residing in a thick market brown paper bag ready for a spectacular feast I’m planning later in the month.
